Life Fitness

When I first joined gym, I couldn’t lift my body without being exhausted but we all start from somewhere right? Choose any exercise that uplift your pulse rate e.g. jump rope, jumping jacks, push-ups. Stop skipping the gym, start living for yourself. You can do it! Try to burn your calories. Toes to bar is the best exercise, it works on lower abdominals and gives strength. Metabolism burns more fat. A dedicated trainer and self-determination make things less complicated at gym. Lifting heavy objects against the force of gravity benefits include weight loss, muscle mass, boost metabolism. It’s the best part of the day, you feel refreshed. When your routine is hectic, just do a few sets of heavy deadlifts to maintain the muscle and relax. #mental muscle
Weight lifting is a magic combo, you will start observing the outcomes if you’re consistent. Don’t say I don’t have time for my health because health always comes first. Deadlifts- my favorite exercise, works multiple muscles: abs, lower back and hamstrings. While deadlifting, keep the bar close to your body, neck in line with spine, chest up and your arms outside. If you enjoy lifting beltless, it’s up to you. A belt doesn’t decrease the risk of injury, it only improve the performance. This is an amazing feeling, it feels so good! High intensity workout is necessary. #no excuses
Squats help builds muscles, lift the bottom, weight loss, builds strength and tone the legs. Deadlift increases metabolism, improves postures, fat burning and work more muscles. Too much of any food will cause weight gain, consistent exercise is key to healthy life. We need to control our diet and this doesn’t mean starving, have a balanced diet. Your body needs energy from proteins, fats and carbohydrates. Not eating enough calories is ultimately not a solution.
