PREVENTIVE MEASURES AGAINST COVID-19



As we all know COVID-19 has broken out in the surrounding so everything is being shutdown including gyms and other places where a number of people visited on daily basis. So we should avoid going to places that can be harmful for us, which can spread this virus.
We should avoid going to places that you think can affect your health, talking about health and fitness one should stop going to gym as WHO has given notices to shut gyms and pools for the safety of people but some people are still visiting these places. We should avoid going to the places and find alternatives to get in better shape or health.
One should keep a good diet which is necessary for being fit and healthy, and the people who care more and go to gym for their physique what they can do is try to start exercise at home. They can start doing different push up at home with different angles which will affect the muscles that you want to work on. One can buy free weights which may include dumb bells, rods, some weight etc. and continue your workout at home. By doing this you will not lose your strength and physique, you can do better with diet as you will be inside your home all day long which will give more time to prepare your diets and try different exercises while you are at home.
Staying home does not mean that you stop caring about yourself and diet this the right time to do it as it helps our immune system, if we have a stronger immune system we can easily fight different diseases but without a good immune system we cannot survive against these diseases as they are pretty strong and hard to control so take precautionary measure and keep yourself safe and healthy
