STRENGTH TRAINING

Strength training involves all those exercises which improve strength, stamina and physique of and individual. It normally associated with weights but there are different options as well like body weight training or through resistance machines. Strength training is basically kind of training which helps to improve muscle mass and make you feel stronger than before.

There are different methods for strengthen muscles:

BASIC STRENGTH TRAINING EXERCISES:

          Squat
Squats mainly targets the thigh and glutes but also helps in overall body tuning
Hinge
This exercise mainly target the hamstring, glutes and lower back ,helps you to strengthen your lower body.
Push
Push exercises helps you to train the upper body muscles including chest, shoulders and triceps.
Pull
Pull workout helps in training the back and bicep muscles.
   Core workout
Core workout helps the person to improve balance and stability. The best possible exercise for your core strength is planks.

There are many different variations for all these movements according to the person ability and strength. Like for beginners we tend to gravitate towards a body weight squat, glutes bridges, push ups and planks.
